Free project transfer from old hosting to is*hosting servers is available if you order a server control panel with standard management service attached.

If you order an unmanaged server without a control panel, the initial setup and transfer of all your data will be done for a fee ($35/hour).

Here is a checklist before transferring a transfer.

Credentials We recommend that you prepare your old and new hosting credentials in advance. So that our specialists can help you with transfer.
Files Before the transfer, check and prepare all critical files and make backups. Where possible, provide direct links to files.
Databases Backup and download database dumps in sql, .sql.gz or sql.zip. Make the download links available to the migration experts.
Users Ensure that only trusted people have access to the project. Specify the particular users and their access rights that need to be saved.
E-mail For your online project to work properly on your new hosting, check the email settings for your domains so you don't have to reconfigure them later.
DNS Check the DNS records on your registrar's website and give the is*hosting team access to them if necessary.
Server Settings The new web server setup should have the same parameters as the old one. Make sure they are consistent before you start migrating your site.
PHP Settings As with the web server settings, the PHP version and settings must be the same on the new and old hosting.
Virus check Old viruses will come with the files to the new hosting. Check the site for malicious elements yourself or specify this in the transfer request.

The migration time depends on the number of sites to be transferred, the complexity of the infrastructure and the workload of the team handling the migration. For example, a single site can be migrated in a couple of hours, but larger projects take much longer (from one day to several days).

No problem! We are ready to help you prepare your entire system for the migration. After submitting a request to move your site, provide our team with access to both your old and new hosting. We'll do all the work and let you know when it's ready.

As the owner of the site, you know it better than anyone else. There may be files responsible for critical features of your project. Since only you are aware of these, we strongly recommend that you check the site for such features before moving the site, or inform us of them as soon as possible.

Site scanning is mandatory before changing DNS records and other transfer-related operations. You can use the instructions for transferring a site to a new server.

If you do not get rid of any viruses on the website in advance, they will be transferred to the new hosting service along with the rest of your files. Specify in the transfer request that you need a virus scan. We will check the site and let you know the results.

Any changes to the website must be made either before or after the transfer. No changes should be made to the website during the transfer as this may result in errors. This will cause an incomplete transfer of the files.
